Fill out our Registration Form (May 2022) and return the form to us either by email, post or by hand to:

Our non-refundable deposit
We require a £25 non-refundable deposit to secure your child’s place at Oakwood Community Pre-School. Details of how to pay are on our registration form. This fee is not applicable if your child will be funded from their start date.
Funding
Your child is entitled to 15 hours of funding, the term after their 3rd birthday.
We offer an additional 15 hours of funding and tax-free childcare for children aged 3+ and 15 hours of funding for children the term after their 2nd birthday if entitled. To find out if you are eligible for any of these please contact www.childcarechoices.gov.uk website.
We currently do not charge any additional fees for funded spaces.
We will confirm your child's place
Once we have received your Registration form and non-refundable deposit (if applicable) we will contact you to confirm details of your child’s placement.
